At Kanvin, we want each of you to be 100% happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for full refund, store credit, or an exchange.
All returns must be made within 7 days of receiving the product. To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. However, exchange/return request will not be considered more than once.
To return an item, please email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org with you order number and reason for return/exchange. If your return/exchange is accepted, we’ll arrange a pick up for the parcel.
Damages and issues
We do a thorough quality check of each item before it is dispatched, however, incase you receive a wrong, defected or damaged item, please contact us immediately along with product snapshots within 7 days of receiving the product. If the variation or defect found genuine by our quality team, then we will arrange a refund, exchange or provide store credit.
Please reach out to us via email if you should need to cancel your order. Orders placed on this website can only be cancelled before they are dispatched.
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know whether or not your refund has been accepted. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 working days. In case you have paid via COD, our team will get in touch with you for your bank details. Please keep in mind that your bank or Credit Card Company may take some time to process and post the refund.
